Keeping residents and our community safe and healthy.

Our Partner2Prevent initiative is designed to keep our community safe and healthy. The best practices outlined in this initiative take into consideration the wellness of both residents and our employees – making this effort a true partnership. While our day-to-day operations may look a bit different, we are still committed to delivering an exceptional experience.

Resident Programs

HEALTH CHECKS

Our team members are required to conduct health checks before every shift and must stay home if they are not feeling well. Our team members have also participated in mandatory training on COVID-19 safety protocols.
Resident Programs

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We’re practicing social distancing, so please stay at least six feet apart from other residents, our team members and any visitors to our community, particularly when visiting our offices and community centers or enjoying any of our community amenities.

OPERATIONAL UPDATES

We’re changing the way we deliver our services. Leasing and other office appointments are staggered to help keep the number of occupants at any given time to a minimum. We’re offering virtual tours and contactless options for both move-in and move-out if you prefer not to interact in person. We are delivering our full complement of maintenance services wearing face masks/coverings and other protective equipment, maintaining social distance and fully cleaning work areas both before and after performing repairs.
Resident Programs

FACE MASKS

We’re wearing face masks/coverings while we’re performing work in your home and requiring residents to do the same while visiting our offices.
Resident Programs

ENHANCED CLEANING

We’ve implemented enhanced and more frequent cleaning protocols in our offices and community centers, including regularly disinfecting common touchpoints and surfaces with products that are EPA-approved for use against the virus that causes COVID-19.

How you can ‘Partner2Prevent’

We’re all in this together.

Here are the steps you—our residents and other community visitors—can take to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 or other illnesses.

Stay home if you’re sick
  • If you’re not feeling well—or have been in contact with someone who is not well—we ask that you don’t visit our office or use our community amenities. Prior to entering a home to complete a work order, we ask residents to confirm all household members have not recently experienced any COVID-19 symptoms and are not currently under quarantine or isolation due to exposure to someone with COVID-19.
Maintain social distance
  • Keep at least 6 feet between yourself and others within our community—at all times. This is especially important when you are visiting our offices, using community amenities and when our team members are in your home to perform maintenance work.
Wear a face mask/covering
  • It is required when visiting our offices and when our team members are in your home. It is strongly encouraged at all times in all public areas, including when you are using community amenities.
Take advantage of our contactless options
  • Many resident tasks, like submitting work orders and accessing community information and forms, can be performed online through our Resident Portal. We’ve also introduced virtual touring and contactless move-in and move-out procedures. Our team members are also available to assist by phone and email so you can avoid unnecessary in-person contact.
Now more than ever, we’re committed to delivering an exceptional experience. Any questions? We’re happy to help—just give us a call.
