Below are details describing various programs that we have created to make your stay in our community more enjoyable.
Deployed Spouse Program
We understand that various circumstances can make it difficult to do certain tasks. If you are a deployed spouse and would like assistance to perform a few tasks, please call our Community Management Office and we will be happy to assist. Tasks may include extended lawn care, even for fenced-in yards, snow removal, additional maintenance services to assist with hanging pictures, curtains, etc., as well as LifeWorks activities and events geared towards spouses and children of deployed service members. Self Help Store

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday: 8 am – 5 pm
Saturday: 8 am – 12 pm
In order to assist our residents with household tasks, we have established a Self Help Store. The Self Help Store provides equipment and supplies at no additional cost to residents.
Self Help Store items may include: personal protective equipment (disposable ear plugs, goggles and dust masks); grass seed (limit of two 1lb bags per house, per season); leaf rakes, spade shovels and electric weed trimmers; manual lawn mowers; garden hoses, yard sprinklers and spray nozzles; wheelbarrows; disposable fly and yellow jacket traps; ant baits; mouse traps; HVAC filters; range hood filters; touch up paint ; disposable paint brushes; as well as batteries for carbon monoxide and smoke detectors.
